Even this year during the Mid August 2012, the Hotel de la Poste offers a dinner of midsummer for Dear Customers of 'Hotel, also open to Welcome Guests outside, with a special menu prepared by our chef Gianfranco Faustini.
It starts at 20:00 with an aperitif on the terrace-based fish and vegetable tempura
The dinner itself will begin at 20:30 with the board of the starters of the "Niche", followed by risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms, a large rump steak with three peppercorn sauce, accompanied by a timbale of potatoes gratin thyme and buttered spinach.
Finale, the pastry, cakes and ice cream freshly made for the occasion by our Master Pastry Chef.
